When you register, volunteer or inquire about sponsorship, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, t-shirt size and, for sponsors, company details. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and never touches our servers.
We use your information to run the event: confirmations, check-in, schedule updates and safety notices. If you opt in, we may also send news about future Kyle Mile events. We do not sell your personal information.
Sponsorship packages include access to participant email lists. By registering, you agree that your name and email may be shared with official event sponsors. You can opt out of sponsor communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
The Kyle Mile is a public event that is filmed and photographed. By attending you consent to appearing in event media used for promotion of The Kyle Mile and Veteran Wellness Retreats.
