Not ready to crawl? Every headband that crosses the finish line gets there because somebody handed out water, pointed the way and yelled louder than the doubt. That somebody is you.

Check-in crew

Hand out shirts, headbands and goodie bags. First face every participant sees.

Course marshals

Keep the quarter mile stretch marked, safe and moving in the right direction.

Hydration station

Water, electrolytes and coconut water. The most popular table on the beach.

Hype squad

Cowbells, chants and finish line energy until the very last crawler crosses.
